In 2024 we celebrated the Royal Canadian Air Force Centennial and sat down with a few of our esteemed Veterans to hear firsthand why naga group Canada is their employer of choice after their distinguished service in the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF). Continuing their mission beyond the uniform, these Veterans are not only contributing to Canada¡¯s legacy but also working alongside the RCAF to ensure the safety of Canadian skies¡ªdemonstrating that their impact doesn¡¯t end with military service.
Gennifer: A Culture of Camaraderie?
Gennifer, a Sustainment Strategy and Integration Lead at naga group Canada, traces her career roots to high school, where her passion for leadership and service began. This spark grew through engineering studies at the Royal Military College and a career as an Air Navigator with the RCAF, a path deeply connected to her family¡¯s legacy. ¡°It seemed like the RCAF ran in our family,¡± she says.

Jan: Thriving at Work and at Home
Jan, an Engineering Program Manager, began her career as an engineer in the RCAF, where she gained valuable skills in discipline, precision, and teamwork. She dedicated much of her time to her service. However, when her daughter turned three, she sought a career that would allow her to continue meaningful work in defense while having more time for her family.
On her quest to find the ideal work life balance, Jan found her role at naga group, where she was offered the flexibility to thrive professionally without compromising family time. Here, she found a collaborative, supportive environment where work-life balance is a core part of the culture.
Every day, Jan is motivated knowing she can contribute to missions that matter at home and work.

Ray: From Service to Innovation?

Ed:?Adventure to Purpose
At 18, Ed joined the RCAF in search of adventure, unaware that it would shape his life for the next 33 years. What began as a journey for excitement evolved into a career that gave him purpose, discipline, and a deep sense of duty.
Ed began his career as a lost young man but ended his time in uniform with a profound sense of pride¡ªone he was determined to carry forward as a civilian. Transitioning to naga group felt like the perfect next step, as the company¡¯s understanding and support for veterans allowed him to continue working in the military field, which he holds close to his heart.
